Around ten nice, big mussels. Lovely color; strong aroma, good flavor. Like other Ekone products, the packing uses just a minimum of oil, letting you focus on the delicious seafood taste... at the cost of a bit of dryness you won't find in mussels packed in oil or in escabeche. These are also a touch pricier than the Patagonia or Matiz tins... so maybe not so competitive as an "eat-out-of-the-tin" experience.
But! The small amount oil gives these mussels particularly good macros: 15g protein, 4.5g fat, and 3g carbs in 110kcal. A strong choice if you want the rich taste of mussels with less fat.
