nice chunks of skin-on trout in a thin dill sauce. cooks down nicely, maybe a little undersalted/bland? the fish isn't too dry and the sauce isn't too oily.

16g protein, 19g fat and 1g carbs in 240kcal... not bad for fatty fish in sauce!
