nice sardines in a beautifully colored but basically flavorless oil. fairly well but not perfectly cleaned, not too beat up
a touch pricey ($6 at Eataly) for a not particularly remarkable product
a tin is two servings (lol wut)
total: 28g protein, 10g fat in 360kcal (these numbers don't add up---should be ~200kcal by the macros)
