a white blate on a teak-veneer table. several chunks of salmon sit atop romaine lettuce, yellow bell pepper, and white onion. the salmon fillets have split at the lateral line and started to flake apart; some skin is folded up on one of the fillets. the pink flesh is interrupted by many specks of flavorful black pepper

smoky, peppery fillets of room temp stable salmon. excellent mixed into pasta and gently reheated, not quite able to hold itself together to be fillets on a salad. but still good!

a portion is half a pouch; i ate two pouches. pro. tein.
