meaty, tender mussels, not at all broken up by the canning process. uncanny orange broth has a mild flavor
broth and oil was a fine salad dressing, crunchy onion and romaine offering textural contrast
mystifyingly, half a tin is a "serving", but other mussel tins from Papa Chouinard are single serving
anyway, the whole tin is 160kcal, 18g protein, 7g fat, and 8g carbs.
i wish they were a little leaner, macro wise. a delicious lunch
