Food on sticks! A starchy, veg-filled fishcake on a stick, reheatable in a microwave.
Pretty good! Legit spicy, some real fish flavor. Some weird texture on some of the veg, but not out of line. A lovely snack to have on hand. Didn't seem to create a strong smell when microwaved (they say 2:00 at 700W; I did 1:10 at 1200W), but honestly I'd be the last to know about offensive fish smells.
Not bad macros, either: 8g protein, 2g fat, and 13g carbs in 100kcal. Fishcakes live in that "high carb high protein slot", which can be nice when you're trying to keep fat down.
