A very Iberian sauce on well cooked scallops (with the strings on). Rich, on the salty side.
The texture wasn't bad, but they're way more cooked than I would ever do.
14g protein, 5g fat, and 3g carbs in 110 kcal (and 520mg sodium---no wonder so salty!)
