Wild sardines in extra virgin olive oil
Made by Henry and Lisa's
three honkers in a rich olive oil. the fillets are in pretty good shape, the flesh is moist but not too oily. well cleaned, but with bones. the oil really makes the tin---these would be great on a salad or tossed w/pasta
