thick squares of squid in an inky tomato sauce. unctuous and mouthfilling, but not fatty; the squid is tender. sauce has strong tomato paste flavor, with an allium background and gentle spice (european levels).

the only thing i would change would be to reduce the tomato flavor (too much of that "canned tomato paste" vibe) and up the spice a tiny bit.
