Tuna with kimchi sauce

overcooked tuna bits in a mildly spicy oil with some kimchi umami in the background. great for tuna mayo in a pinch, but not as good as something homemade with better tuna.

ate w/salted cukes and griddled sweet potatoes (ugly but good)

the deets, for a full can (what is UP with these servings shenanigans): 32g protein, 10g fat, 4g carbs in 240kcal. nubbad!

overall, this is fine. i don't eat a lot of tuna for sustainability and health reasons, and i'd usually prefer to get a higher-quality tuna or just use mackerel
