Mackerel in tomato sauce

Made by Don Gastronom and La Narval

nice fillets of mackerel in the usual thin, liquidy tomato sauce

good flavor, a touch dry (makes sense---no oil). the sauce is pleasantly suffused with fish flavor, but i think i prefer oil packed

22g protein, 8g fat, 2g carbs in 170kcal

this is the recipe inside the tin. everyone doing alright in portugal? 😬
