Made by Don Gastronom and Espinaler
both in brine. DG has the more nicely packed tin; Espinaler has skinnier, more tender clams.
chopped and tossed with a d'artagnan chorizo, they were indistinguishable
both had a bit of grit---sand, possibly shell. will rinse next time
