nicely mustardy sauce on middling quality fish, a little beaten up. would be a great starter tin if the fish were in better shape, but it just doesn't look that appetizing.
but: the price is right, and it hit the spot
the fish: 140kcal with 17g protein, 8g fat, and 2g carbs. compares well w/olive oil packed on macros and price (but not on fish quality)
