four absolute honkers in golden, organic olive oil vierge extra (if you know what i mean 😉). very rich (unsurprising---these have been deep fried!). well handled. flesh is dense, just a bit grainy. mild guts flavor---intense, not unpleasant

tin gives undrained nutrition facts (19g protein, 32g fat, <0.5g 'glucides' in 360kcal)

says 87g fish in a 115g tin---28g olive oil (19g protein, 4g fat in... say, 360 - (28*8) = 136kcal)

scale says i ate 88g... so maybe more like 150kcal?

lol who cares these were great

i had them with a bit of the good pita from the local cafe, but they'd be delicious in pasta---i'd use the oil

box says i should wait a minimum of six months to eat these... not clear when they were canned, but i'm sure they'd age great
